How It Work

Our Process

Our working process

01
...

Contact, Discovery & Planning

The engagement starts with an initial contact in which we assess your needs and our abilities to help. If there is enough overlap, we agree and sign a non-disclosure agreement and proceed to the discovery phase.
Ideally, we meet face to face or through online meetings and proceed with a discovery phase where we understand in depth your requirements and we put together a proposal & a plan.

02
...

MSA & SOW

After fine tuning and acceptance of the proposal, we will sign a Master Service Level Agreement (MSA) which details the ground rules of the engagement. The actual work is managed through Statements of Work (SOWs).

03
...

Implementation

Depending on the complexity of the project, we will set up the proper control tools, such as JIRA, Slack and will provide regular software releases. We require at the minimum a once-a-week meeting to discuss project status. Typically, we will have a several milestones: feature complete, followed by stabilization, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Features not spelled out in SOW can be implemented as change requests on a time and material basis.

Acceptance & Support

For small projects the code is released after acceptance. Usually we provide production support, but at the minimum we provide software support for the period of time specified in the MSA. Support is renewable on a need basis.
