How It Work

Our Process

Our working process

01
...

Contact, Discovery & Planning

The engagement begins with an initial conversation where we assess your needs and determine how our capabilities align with your goals. When there is a strong fit, we formalize the relationship by signing a non‑disclosure agreement and move into the discovery phase.
During discovery, we meet either in person or through online sessions to gain a deep understanding of your requirements. From there, we develop a detailed proposal and a clear project plan tailored to your objectives.

02
...

MSA & SOW

Following proposal approval, we solidify the partnership with a Master Service Agreement (MSA) that sets the foundation for our collaboration. Each project or phase is delivered under a clear, well‑defined Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure alignment, transparency, and successful execution.

Implementation

We set up the necessary project tools (JIRA, Slack, etc.) and provide regular releases, supported by weekly status meetings. Projects follow milestones such as feature complete, stabilization, and UAT. Additional features not in the SOW are managed through time‑and‑materials change requests.

Acceptance & Support

For small projects, code is delivered after acceptance. We provide at least the support period defined in the MSA, with optional renewals as needed.

Our Approch

Through a disciplined and collaborative approach, we ensure every product we deliver meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Our proven, well organized, and collective approach to building high value and quality products is based on a deep understanding of client business needs. For every project we proactively work with clients to define the right scope of the project. We take advantage of client existing development tools and infrastructure while looking the possible ways to improve client development practices for long term. With our approach, the primary goal is to deliver the quality product in a possible cost-effective manner.
